These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SweetLog (the "App") provided by crelve ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using SweetLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SweetLog is a cafe and sweets diary application that allows users to:
The App uses Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SweetLog offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. They automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to your Apple ID settings.
You retain ownership of photos and content you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for providing the service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated captions are suggestions only — please review before posting. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

本アプリはFirebase認証を使用します。アカウントの管理責任はユーザー本人にあります。本規約に違反するアカウントは停止することがあります。
SweetLogは以下のプランを提供します：
サブスクリプションはAppleのアプリ内課金システムで管理されます。更新日の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。キャンセルはApple IDの設定から行ってください。
写真やコンテンツの所有権はユーザー本人に帰属します。本アプリのご利用により、サービス提供の目的に限り、コンテンツの保存・処理を許諾するものとします。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。AIが生成するキャプションはあくまで提案であり、投稿前にご確認ください。間接的・派生的損害について当社は責任を負いません。
当社はいつでも本規約を更新することができます。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
