- Google Gemini AI (via Firebase AI) — AI caption generation
Section 2 — How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the App's features
- To generate AI captions from your photos (processed via Google AI)
- To manage subscriptions and purchases
- To display relevant advertisements (free users)
- To analyze app performance and fix bugs
Section 3 — Data Storage
Your cafe records are stored locally on your device (Hive) and synced to Firebase Firestore for backup. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage. Data is retained until you delete your account.
Section 4 — Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed in Section 1.3, as necessary to operate the App.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

第3条（データの保存）
カフェ記録はデバイス内（Hive）にローカル保存され、バックアップのためFirebase Firestoreに同期されます。写真はFirebase Storageに保存されます。データはアカウント削除まで保持されます。
第4条（データの共有）
お客様の個人データを販売することはありません。アプリの運営に必要な範囲で、第1条1.3に記載の第三者サービスとのみデータを共有します。
第5条（お客様の権利）
- 個人データへのアクセス・修正・削除
- デバイス設定からのアナリティクスのオプトアウト
- 問い合わせによるアカウント削除の依頼
第6条（子どものプライバシー）
本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。13歳未満から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

本プライバシーポリシーは更新されることがあります。重要な変更についてはアプリ内またはメールでお知らせします。
