crelve ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use SweetLog (the "App").

Section 1 — Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information (email, profile via Firebase Auth)
• Cafe records: photos, names, ratings, notes
• Sweets flavor data you enter

• Device information and OS version
• App usage data (Firebase Analytics)
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
• Ad interaction data (Google AdMob — free plan only)

1.3 Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Storage, Cloud Functions
• Google AdMob — Advertising (free plan users only)
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• Google Gemini AI (via Firebase AI) — AI caption generation

Section 2 — How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's features
• To generate AI captions from your photos (processed via Google AI)
• To manage subscriptions and purchases
• To display relevant advertisements (free users)
• To analyze app performance and fix bugs

Section 3 — Data Storage

Your cafe records are stored locally on your device (Hive) and synced to Firebase Firestore for backup. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage. Data is retained until you delete your account.

Section 4 — Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed in Section 1.3, as necessary to operate the App.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Opt out of analytics (via device settings)
• Request account deletion by contacting us

Section 6 — Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Section 7 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.

AI Features and Data Sent to a Third-Party AI Service

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.

How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent to this service. AI features stay disabled unless you agree, and the rest of the App works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings screen.

Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, which require it to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one described in this Privacy Policy.

第2条（情報の利用目的）

• 本アプリの機能提供および改善
• 写真からのAIキャプション生成（Google AI経由で処理）
• サブスクリプション・購入の管理
• 関連広告の表示（無料ユーザー）
• アプリのパフォーマンス分析とバグ修正

第3条（データの保存）

カフェ記録はデバイス内（Hive）にローカル保存され、バックアップのためFirebase Firestoreに同期されます。写真はFirebase Storageに保存されます。データはアカウント削除まで保持されます。

第4条（データの共有）

お客様の個人データを販売することはありません。アプリの運営に必要な範囲で、第1条1.3に記載の第三者サービスとのみデータを共有します。

第5条（お客様の権利）

• 個人データへのアクセス・修正・削除
• デバイス設定からのアナリティクスのオプトアウト
• 問い合わせによるアカウント削除の依頼

第6条（子どものプライバシー）

本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。13歳未満から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

第7条（ポリシーの変更）

本プライバシーポリシーは更新されることがあります。重要な変更についてはアプリ内またはメールでお知らせします。

AI機能と第三者AIサービスへのデータ送信

送信されるデータ：AI機能をご利用になると、その機能に入力された文章と、 ユーザーが明示的に添付を選んだ画像が、お客様の端末から Firebase AI Logic を経由して Google LLC が運営する Gemini AI サービスへ送信されます。氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・ 位置情報・端末識別子はこれらのリクエストに含まれません。

収集方法と利用目的：データはAI機能でリクエストを送信した時点でのみ 収集され、お客様が求めた応答を生成して返す目的にのみ利用されます。広告配信やプロファイリング その他の目的には利用しません。

同意について：本アプリは、データを送信する前に必ず明示的な同意を求めます。 同意がない限りAI機能は無効のままで、同意しない場合も他の機能は通常どおりご利用いただけます。 同意はアプリの設定画面からいつでも変更できます。

第三者による保護：Google は当社の委託先として Firebase および Google Cloud の規約に基づき当該データを取り扱い、本プライバシーポリシーと同等の水準で データを保護することが求められています。
